Davido was the only Nigerian Artiste nominated for MTV European Music Awards 2014!

Davido has been nominated for the “Best African Act 2014” at the MTV European Music Awards 2014. Been the only Nigerian Musician to be nominated, David Adeleke, “Davido” will have to battle it out with other African nominees in the contested category, which include Goldfish (South Africa), Diamond (Tanzania) and Toofan (Togo).” The award presentation is scheduled to hold in Glasgow, Scotland, in November.
