British Ebola Victim: William Pooley has been discharged, treated with ZMapp
The first British to test positive to Ebola virus, Mr. William Pooley, has been treated with the experimental drug – ZMapp, at the Royal Free Hospital in London. He was discharged today 3rd September, 2014.
The 29 year old volunteer nurse was transported from Sierra Leone where he contracted the disease to England on August 24th, a day after he tested positive.
